Olive Grove Room
Tuscan Gardens at your Door – These larger sized rooms overlook an open grassed area onto the pool, dam and bush land setting through a line of young Olive trees.
Often at sunset and sunrise you will get the opportunity to see kangaroos grazing at your front door, the horses beyond the trees, the wild ducks and water hens fluttering in the dam.

Airport or coach transfers
Domestic flights and private helicopters arrive daily to Cessnock airport. The most convenient train stations are Maitland station or Morrisset station, with connecting buses and private coaches available.
Use of our private helipad is also available on request.
In room massage
Enjoy a relaxing treatment in the privacy of your own room. We have a qualified team of massage therapists on call to cater to individual or group requirements. Full body or focussed massages are available on request for 1 hour or 90 minutes.
We offer a variety of massage treatments, remedial, deep tissue and relaxation. We will provide everything for you to unwind – massage beds, fresh towels, oils and soft music.

Horse riding
Enjoy the views of the spectacular Hunter Valley Wine Country from a truly unique perspective upon a gentle natured and well cared horses. A two hour session includes a 30 minute training session with a 90 minute riding tour. All riding equipment provided. Contact reception for pricing.
Ballooning
Is there a better way to see the Hunter Valley, but from the sky. This is a fantastic way to see the views of the Hunter Valley at the most beautiful time of day… The night before you must phone the check-in hotline to ensure you will fly.
What to wear – dress for hiking; layered clothing you can take off if you get hot under the burner, they suggest a cap, sunglasses and bring a camera. When booking you will need to advise of any health conditions, recent operations, bad knees or back and what your weight is.
Golf
The Vintage Golf Course, Greg Norman designed of international standard is our preferred golf course. Only 7 minute drive and we would be happy to assist in arranging for you and your guests to play 18 holes with electric carts available.
Coach winery tour
Sit back and enjoy the highlights of Wine Country. This tour generally visits 5-6 boutique wineries with private tasting’s at each and finishes the day at the McGuigan complex and Hunter Valley Cheese Co.. Lunch is enjoyed at a local café and is at an extra expense on the day.
Full and Half Day tours operate all year round, with the exception of some public holidays.
Personalised Tour on a 12 seat mini-bus. This private tour of the valley allows you to request any particular wineries that you’d like to visit the tour company is happy to incorporate them where possible. A Lunch stop is selected by you from a range of menu options.
Horse carriage winery tour
Clip-Clop your way around a selection of wineries (Normally 4-5). Your day is inclusive of a gourmet lunch at one of the fantastic restaurants.
